-A non-refundable session retainer is due to reserve your session.
-All package must be paid in full prior to receiving any digital images or tangible products such as prints, canvases, and albums.
-A signed contract is required with EVERY session. NO exceptions.
-Any damage done to a print once it leaves Jennifer Deming Photography’s studio is the responsibility of the client and there will be a fee to replace it.
-Client proofing galleries will be ready approximately 2 weeks from the session date. Fully edited files will be delivered approximately 2 weeks from package purchase.
-The color and quality of prints and products are guaranteed only when ordered through Jennifer Deming Photography. All products ordered with Jennifer Deming Photography are also guaranteed against fading or discoloration.
-Cameras and video cameras are not allowed in the studio or on location. This includes cell phone pictures. You will receive web-sized images of each full-sized image you choose for your package.
-Any on location session more than 15 miles from Jennifer Deming Photography’s studio will be charged a travel fee.
***DUE TO THE SENSITIVE NATURE OF WORKING WITH NEWBORNS, ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN ILL IN THE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THEIR SESSION MUST RESCHEDULE. Symptoms of illness include, but are not limited to, fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, vomiting, and diarrhea. There will be no additional session retainer fees for rescheduling due to illness.
